Wuyi Qilan is one of the main cultivated varieties of rock tea and is renowned for its uplifting aroma. This variety was introduced to the Wuyi Mountains from the PInghe region of southern Fujian in the 1990s, primarily through the Baiya Qilan and Jinmian Qilan sub-varieties. Under the unique geographical conditions of the Wuyi Mountains, combined with Sophisticated Wuyi Qilan with a distinctive flavor profile.
Tea brewing suggesstion:
Temperature: 100°C
Infusion Amount: 8g (single pouch)
Water: 100-120ml
Brews: For the first three infusions, you can brew and serve immediately. From the 4th infusion onwards, extend the steeping time by 5 seconds with each subsequent brew.
