In conjunction with the exhibition, we will be hosting three Artist Talk & Tea Dye Workshop sessions.
Each session begins with a sharing by artist Crystal Lee, introducing her practice, materials and natural dyeing process, followed by a hands-on dyeing session.
Participants will create their own cotton hand-carry bag using tea and pigments, experiencing how colour gradually settles into the fabric and leaves its traces over time.
At the end of the session, each participant will take home their own tea dyed bag.
Hot-brewed tea will be served during the workshop.
