Shuiliandong, one of the most renowned core terroirs of Wuyi Mountain, is known for its cool, misty cliffs and mineral-rich environment. Rougui grown here carries not only the iconic cinnamon-like aromatics of depth unique to this rocky valley. The body is smooth and full, with a lingering mineral finish that reflects the classic yan yun(岩韵) Shuiliandong.

Temperature: 100°C
Infusion Amount: 8g (single pouch)
Water: 100-120ml
Brews: For the first three infusions, you can brew and serve immediately. From the 4th infusion onwards, extend the steeping time by 5 seconds with each subsequent brew.
