Brewing Suggestions:

Tea hot steep:

• Temperature: 100°C 
• Infusion Amount: 8g (single pouch)
• Water: 110ml
• Brews: 1st to 3rd infusion steep for 5 second, 4th onwards increase the steeping time by 5 second.

Tea cold brew:

• Infusion Ratio: 1:120
  
• Brews: The first brew can be steeped with hot water for 10 seconds (or skipped), then 8g tea leaves are placed in a cold brew pot with 960ml of mineral water(1:120). Let it put in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
