From Gan De(感德) to Long Juan(龙涓), we followed the winding mountain roads, passing layers of tea-covered hills. Along the way, we couldn’t help but think about how Tie Guan Yin(铁观音) has changed over the past decade — as if a quiet voice from the mountains whispered: “Past. Present, Future!”
Tea
This tea gathering is an invitation to let time speak. We’ll be sharing three types of Anxi Tie Guan Yin: a traditional-style Tie Guan Yin from the 1990s, a charcoal-roasted Tie Guan Yin from 2024, and this year’s freshly crafted fragrance Tie Guan Yin.
Each tea tells its own story — of craft, of change, of the people who keep its spirit alive. Through every cup, you’ll taste the evolution of technique, and the gentle transformation of flavor over time. Perhaps the old methods have quietly faded, and the present moment still calls for reflection. But what we continue to protect and cherish are the things that truly matter — the living soil, the artistry of craft, and the hearts that make good tea possible.
