Workshop Theme : 「Journey」寻

Following the trail of tea leaves, we delved deep into the Wuyi Mountains, tracing origins and embracing the cyclical nature of life, uncovering unique terroirs.

During this expedition, we sought to preserve the rapidly vanishing native tea varieties of Wuyi—heritage breeds embedded with the essence of the local climate and soil in their genetic makeup. Despite modern trends favoring imported varieties, these original strains offer a pure taste of Wuyi’s unique landscapes.

Along the way, we have collected three niche varieties of tea, including 奇种, 奇兰, and 矮脚乌龙, which will be highlighted and tasted in this session's theme.

Event Details

This tea session will adopt a dynamic experience format without fixed seating. By reservation only, participants are free to move around while tasting three new tea varieties. We will provide detailed introductions to each tea and the tea wares, sharing the stories behind our theme "Journey". To ensure the quality of the experience, each session is limited to a maximum of six participants.
