Brewing Suggestions:

Tea hot steep:

• Temperature: 90-95°C 
• Infusion Amount: 7.5g (single pouch)
• Water: 110ml
• Brews: 1st infusion steep for 60 second, 2nd to 5th steep for 5-10 second.

Tea cold brew:

• Infusion Ratio: 1:120
  
• Brews: The first brew can be steeped with hot water for 10 seconds (or skipped), then 7.5g tea leaves are placed in a cold brew pot with 900ml of mineral water(1:120). Let it put in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
