Brews: 1st infusion steep for 5 second, 2nd onwards increase the steeping time by 4 second.
Tea cold brew:
Infusion Ratio: 1:120
Brews: The first brew can be steeped with hot water for 10 seconds (or skipped), then 5g tea leaves are placed in a cold brew pot with 600ml of mineral water(1:120). Let it put in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
