Tea Event Theme : Black Tea 根深叶远

“Our black tea carries a gentle aroma of dried sweet potato.” It’s the flavor I most often shared with guests last year—one that quietly lingered, leaving a lasting impression of our Wild Black Tea.

The memory of snow drifting through Tongmu Pass in March still lingers. Back then, beneath layers of frost, the first tender buds of the season emerged.

Now in July, we bring you the freshest harvest of the year—wild tea leaves picked along narrow trails flanked by streams on one side and cliffs on the other. Each sip carries the spirit of the forest.

Speicial Highlight

We will using handcrafted teaware by Japanese ceramic artist 林潤一郎 Junichiro Hayashi from round_and_round.gallery , and pairing limited edition desserts—Black Tea-flavored canelé and financier collaborate with Fourcrafts.

Event Details

This tea event follows three-course format, offering a renewed journey:

Course 1 – Awakening ｜Cold Brew Wild Black Tea

Course 2 –  Flowing｜Hot Brew Wild Black Tea x Black Tea-flavored Financier

Course 3 – Blooming｜Black Tea-flavored Canelé x Earl Grey Ice Cream

Event Dates

Different sessions are available daily, each lasting 1 hour.

Sessions: Four sessions daily — 11:00–12:00 / 13:00–14:00 / 15:00–16:00 / 17:00-18:00

Capacity: Maximum 4 guests per session.

Cancellation and Rescheduling policies

• For cancellations, please notify us at least 1 day in advance for a full refund.
• For rescheduling, please inform us at least 1 day in advance, and we will do our best to adjust the timing for you.
• There is a $10 charge for cancellation.
