Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot provide returns or exchanges for any products once sold, except in cases where they are damaged or defective.

If you happen to receive damaged or defective items, please email us with your order number and a photograph showing the condition of the item. After we receive and verify your claim, we will proceed with issuing a full refund or arrange for a replacement, as required.
